Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman of wisdom and energy. She's an actor, author health guru, talk show host producer entrepreneur model, director dancer, singer and most important wife and mother! There's a reason why she's earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu Henner's whole life is an example of the effectiveness of her approach to health. She's a firm believer that a healthy body will enable you to do everything. However, it wasn't always that like that. The girl was a yoyo-dieter as a teenager, watching her weight rise. Emotional eating caused her to suffer from a feeling of sickness and discomfort all of the time. In her 50's, when both of her parents had died-her mother due to complications with arthritis and father following a fatal heart attack-she realized that she needed control over her own life. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create a lifestyle that would maximize the capacity of our bodies to function. Also, she is an actor in Christopher Guest's comedy film. Coolidge was a member of The Groundlings (an improv troupe and sketch comedy group that is based on Los Angeles). She is the main character on CBS's sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she is Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who runs the cleaning services.
