Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 in 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die manufacturer, who worked as a worker for an industrial company. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her siblings. Stone is a gifted student in school as young children, began her second-grade education at age five. Saegertown School situated in Saegertown Pennsylvania was her high school. She graduated in 1975. In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone win Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt relocated from New Jersey to New Jersey in order to pursue a career as a model in 1977. The two signed on with The Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. In Europe, she lived for a year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone was unhappy with the model market in Europe, and chose to concentrate on acting. In her 20s, she starred in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories," with mixed receptions.
